You can appeal the decision. An appeal means that you can go to a higher court to ask a panel of judges to change the decision. Your lawyer can help you through this process. The appeals court has five working days from the day you file the notice of appeal to hand down a decision on your case. If the judge denies permission to have the abortion, please call the clinic immediately to allow us to help you.
