Yes, unless you are "emancipated". That means that you are married, divorced, or widowed, or you have been "legally freed from the care, custody and control of your parents". If you have been married, you must bring a copy of your marriage license or divorce decrees with you to the abortion provider. If you are in foster care, you will probably have to get a judge’s consent.
